  4. Add the thinly sliced ​​black truffles and continue cooking for another 1-2 minutes.
  5. Transfer the cooked tagliatelle to the pan with the salmon and truffles. Stir.
  6. Add the cream and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve the tagliatelle with black truffles and salmon hot.
