Production

Factory equipment

Federici pasta is produced on modern equipment of the Swiss company Buhler and the Italian company Fava. Since 2019, the Ameria pasta factory has launched an Italian in-line automated line of long pasta 'Pavan', which produces gluten-free products from corn and rice flour, red lentils, buckwheat, amaranth and quinoa.

The line for gluten-free products is located in a separate building to exclude any possible ingress of gluten particles.

On production

We provide high quality thanks to constant control in production in all respects. Quality control is carried out by the production and technical laboratory, which is part of the Ameria pasta factory.

The quality of our products is certified by AOECS for gluten-free food and GFSO. The production complies with the BRC international food safety standard.
