Navy-style pasta

Classic naval-style macaroni has been a favorite sailor’s dish for decades. Its basic ingredients are pasta, onions, and finely chopped meat. This dish is easy to prepare, even for those with no cooking experience.

 

Navy-style pasta

 

  1. Cook the pasta until al dente. The center should still be slightly firm.
  2. Coarsely chop the onion and meat, and fry in a pan, adding salt and spices to taste.
  3. Press the resulting mixture through a meat grinder.
  4. Next, return it to the pan. Add tomato paste and a pinch of pepper. Simmer until tender.
  5. Combine the cooked pasta with the ground meat and serve.

1. Pasta - 250 g
2. Beef - 300 g
3. Tomato paste - 2 tbsp.
4. Olive oil - 2 tbsp
5. Onion - 2 pcs.
6. Salt, pepper, spices
