Squid and Truffle Lasagna

Clean the squid and cut them into rings. Thinly slice the truffles. Coarsely grate the mozzarella and Parmesan.

Prepare the lasagna sauce. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add finely chopped garlic, and sauté until golden brown. Then add the squid and sauté until tender. Add the white wine and let it cook for a few more minutes to allow the alcohol to evaporate. Then add the truffles and simmer for a few more minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Cook the lasagna pasta in salted boiling water until half-cooked. Drain in a colander and let cool completely.

In a large rectangular baking dish, layer the lasagna pasta, then pour in some sauce and sprinkle with grated Parmesan and mozzarella. Repeat this process until all the ingredients are used up. The top layer should be cheese. Place the pan in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until the cheese melts and the lasagna turns golden brown.

Serve this squid and truffle lasagna hot. Surprise your guests with a luxurious and mouth-watering dish at an important event.
