Instructions:
Noodles with tiger prawns in a creamy sauce

  1. Peel the prawns, remove the intestines, and rinse them under cold water.
  2. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the finely chopped onion and crushed garlic until golden brown.
  3. Add the prawns to the pan and fry until cooked through, about 3-5 minutes per side.
  4. Set the shrimp aside in a separate bowl and cover with foil to keep warm.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the egg noodles in boiling salted water according to package directions. Drain the noodles in a colander and rinse under cold water.
  6. Return the pan to the heat and add the cream. Cook the sauce over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
  7. Add the shrimp back to the sauce to heat through.
  8. Add fresh parsley to the sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve the noodles with tiger prawns on warmed plates, garnished with fresh parsley.
