Sauce with tomatoes and seafood

The first place in the list of the most popular sauces for pasta is of course occupied by tomato sauce. Let’s cook it tonight in combination with a mix of seafood.

  1. Defrost seafood and let excess liquid drain.
  2. Chop the onion, bell pepper and garlic and sauté in a pan with olive oil until the onion is translucent.
  3. Whisk the tomatoes in a blender and add to the vegetable mixture in the pan. Then add salt, pepper and your favorite spices. Simmer for 6-8 minutes and pour in the white wine.
  4. After 3-4 minutes, put seafood and finely chopped greens in the pan. After another 5 minutes, serve the dish with pasta to the table.

1. Mix of frozen seafood - 700 g
2. Tomatoes - 800 g
3. Garlic - 3 cloves
4. Sugar - 2 tbsp.
5. Butter - 30 g
6. Onion - 1 pc.
7. Dry white wine - 1/3 cup
8. Fresh greens
9. Bell pepper - 1 pc.
10. Salt and black peppercorns
