Recipe for navy pasta with minced meat

This classic Italian recipe for naval pasta with minced meat is a wonderful dish that can be prepared in 30-40 minutes and will delight your family and guests.

Ingredients:

  • Pasta(спагетти) – 400 g;
  • Ground meat – 500 g;
  • Onion – 1;
  • Carrot – 1;
  • Celery – 1 stalk;
  • Garlic – 2 cloves;
  • Diced tomatoes – 400 g;
  • Salt – to taste;
  • Ground black pepper – to taste;
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp;
  • Parmesan – for serving

Directions:

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Finely dice the onion, carrot, celery, and garlic.
  2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add the olive oil, and sauté the onion until golden brown.
  3. Add the carrots and celery and sauté for another 5-7 minutes until softened.
  4. Add the ground beef and sauté, stirring, until fully cooked.
  5. Add the garlic and sauté for another 1-2 minutes, stirring.
  6. Add the tomatoes, salt, and pepper, and stir. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 15-20 minutes.
  7. Cook the pasta in a large saucepan with boiling water according to the package instructions until tender.
  8. Drain the pasta in a colander to remove excess water and add it to the pan with the ground beef. Mix thoroughly.
  9. Serve topped with Parmesan cheese and garnished with fresh herbs to taste.
