Pasta with Gorgonzola and spinach

This recipe is easy to make and delicious. You can make this Gorgonzola and Spinach Pasta in just a few minutes.

  1. In a large saucepan, cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain in a colander and set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the garlic to the skillet and sauté until golden.
  4. Add the spinach to the skillet and cook until reduced.
  5. Add the cream to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add the Gorgonzola and stir until it melts and combines with the spinach and cream.
  7. Add the pasta to the skillet and gently toss all ingredients together.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve the Gorgonzola and Spinach Pasta immediately.
