Directions

  1. Take the duck fillet and fry it on both sides until medium-rare.
  2. Add the diced duck to the salad bowl.
  3. Add the olives and onions and toss gently.
  4. Whisk the olive oil with the mustard, honey, salt, and pepper.
  5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving.
