Pasta casserole with minced meat

Ingredients:

  • Ground meat – 700 g;
  • Pasta – 400 g;
  • Tomatoes (canned, with juice) – 2 pcs;
  • Hard cheese – 300 g;
  • Onions – 2 pcs;
  • Milk – 1 l;
  • Butter – 100 g;
  • Wheat flour – 100 g;
  • Salt;
  • Black pepper

How to make pasta casserole with ground meat:

  1. Boil 2.5 liters of water in a saucepan, add salt, and add the pasta. Cook according to package instructions (4 to 8 minutes). Drain the cooked pasta in a colander, rinse, and let cool.
  2. Peel the onion, wash, and cut into half rings. Heat a frying pan, add vegetable oil, and fry the onion over medium heat, stirring, for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the ground beef to the onion. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Fry in the pan until tender (about 15 minutes).
  4. In a large bowl, combine the pasta, ground beef, eggs, and milk. Add your favorite spices and mix well.
  5. Grease a baking dish and pour the mixture into it. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  6. Bake the casserole in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 20 minutes.
  7. The pasta and ground beef casserole is ready. Serve it warm with your favorite sauce or sour cream.
