Cream sauce pasta


Creamy sauce pasta is prepared very quickly, in just 30 minutes. The main secret of this dish is a handful of walnuts, which give the pasta a light aromatic bitterness.

  1. We cut fresh herbs, grate the cheese, and heat the nuts in a pan and finely chop with a knife.
  2. In a frying pan in butter, fry the garlic, then take it out, and fry the chopped onion and herbs in the resulting fragrant oil until blushing.
    Pour in the cream and sprinkle in the walnuts.
  3. Bring the sauce to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium and continue to simmer the mixture, stirring for another 5-6 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. At the same time, cook the pasta in salted water, drain in a colander when ready, then mix with creamy nut sauce in a pan.
