Creamy carbonara pasta


This is one of the most popular sauces in the world. And it is no coincidence, because the delicate taste of carbonara creamy pasta makes you want to cook this dish every day!


  1. Fry finely chopped onion and garlic over medium heat with the addition of butter. Add bacon and simmer for 5-6 minutes.
  2. During this time, prepare the sauce by mixing grated cheese, cream, egg yolks, salt and spices in a separate container. Beat the resulting mixture with a whisk. Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente.
  3. Now it remains only to combine all the ingredients. We transfer the finished pasta to the pan, and gradually add the sauce. Mix thoroughly and simmer covered for about 5 minutes.
  4. Before serving, you can decorate the dish with fresh chopped herbs.
