Pasta with seafood


Seafood combined with pasta makes this dish easy and simple to prepare.

As a base, you can take tagliatelle pasta, penne or spaghetti. From seasonings, any Italian herbs are well suited: oregano, tarragon, basil and others. Use nutmeg for flavor.

  1. Mussels and shrimp are thoroughly washed and cleaned before cooking.
  2. Onion cut into rings. Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the chopped onion and garlic. We also spread the shrimp here, simmer the mixture for 2-3 minutes and add the juice of half a lemon along with mussels and chopped herbs.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste. Simmer under the lid for another 5-6 minutes.
  4. Boil the pasta in salted water and mix with seafood when ready. Serve the dish hot.
