Pasta with chicken and vegetables


This tasty and satisfying dish will help you out in case of an unexpected arrival of guests thanks to a simple recipe and a bright presentation. Also suitable as a light and non-caloric dish for every day.

  1. Wash and cut the chicken fillet. Fry in a pan with olive oil.
  2. Add chicken broth and chopped mix of your favorite seasonal vegetables. Salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Simmer the mixture under the lid until cooked. At the end, add a pinch of spices.
  4. Boil the pasta separately, following the instructions on the package, then combine with chicken and vegetables. The dish is immediately served on the table.
