Pasta with chicken and mushrooms


This dish is prepared in just 30 minutes and is perfect for a light dinner.

  1. Boil the pasta, in accordance with the time indicated on the package. Drain the water and leave the pasta in the pan under the lid.
  2. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Wash the mushrooms and chop into thin plates.
  3. Place the mushrooms and onions in the preheated pan and sauté, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes. Rinse the chicken fillet, blot with a napkin and cut into small pieces.
  4. Then add the chicken to the pan and slowly pour in the cream. Simmer the mixture for 20 minutes.
  5. Put the finished spaghetti on plates, add chicken sauce with mushrooms on top.
  6. Garnish an appetizing dish with finely chopped herbs and grated cheese.
