Pasta puttanesca in creamy green sauce


Another classic Italian puttanesca pasta recipe, this time with a creamy green sauce. Try to cook it at least once, and the dish will surely become one of your favorites.

  1. In a frying pan, fry a few finely chopped onions and green peas for about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Then add chopped clove of garlic, chopped spinach and pour everything with cream.
  3. Simmer the sauce with the lid closed for another 5-6 minutes.
  4. Boil the pasta following the instructions on the package. Arrange on plates, add creamy green sauce and decorate with pickled capers. They will give the dish a spicy aroma and a little spicy bitterness.
