Mushroom sauce


Mushroom sauce is a great addition to both a simple family dinner and a festive table with relatives and friends. Champignons or wild mushrooms are both perfect for preparing this sauce.

  1. Rinse the mushrooms thoroughly, peel and cut them into cubes. Finely chop the onion and fry it in olive oil until golden brown.
  2. Then add chopped mushrooms to the pan and fry them for about 8-10 minutes, occasionally stirring.
  3. Next, slowly pour in the cream to the mushrooms and simmer for another 5 minutes. Add salt, pepper and your favorite seasonings.
  4. Keep on fire for another 2-3 minutes and serve with cooked pasta.
