Noodle nests with minced meat

This easy-to-prepare dish is suitable for both an ordinary dinner and a festive table. Familiar taste with spectacular presentation. You can cook noodle nests in the oven, in a pan or in a slow cooker.

We suggest cooking the most common recipe for noodle nests with minced meat in a frying pan.

  1. Let’s start with vegetables. Peel and finely chop the onions, and grate the carrots. In a frying pan with olive oil lightly fry part of the chopped onion with carrot. Later add tomato paste and half a cup of boiled water. Simmer the mass for 3-4 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, combine the minced meat with the other part of the chopped onion, adding salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Fill the dry noodle nests with the resulting mass. Then gently dip them into the vegetable sauce. It is important that the nests are completely immersed in the liquid, otherwise they will not boil through.
  4. Cover tightly and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes. 5 minutes before the end of cooking, sprinkle the nests with grated cheese. Garnish the dish with fresh greens before serving.

4. Tomato paste - 2 tbsp.
5. Parmesan cheese - 50 g

8. Carrot - 1 pc.
9. Salt, pepper, seasoning
