Spaghetti with tomatoes and shrimps


In this dish, capers will give a special aroma and perfectly complement the combination of juicy shrimp and tomatoes.

  1. Boil spaghetti in salted water according to instructions. Next, we move on to making the sauce.
  2. In olive oil, lightly fry finely chopped garlic in a pan along with peeled shrimp.
  3. Temporarily transfer them to a separate bowl and load the chopped tomatoes, capers, parsley and basil. Pour in dry white wine and simmer until the liquid has completely evaporated.
  4. Next, return the garlic shrimp to the pan.
  5. Simmer the mixture for about 2 more minutes, then add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce and mix thoroughly. When serving, do not forget to sprinkle the dish with grated parmesan cheese.
