Cheese sauce with zucchini


Tender cheese sauce can be different. It is especially good in combination with pasta and young zucchini. Quick and easy recipe! Try it!

  1. Put the cheese in the freezer ahead of time so that you can easily grate it later.
  2. Chop the zucchini and garlic into strips and place in a preheated pan with olive oil. Fry for about 10 minutes.
  3. Next, move on to making the cheese sauce. Remove cheese from freezer and grate. Heat the milk and whisk in a blender along with the cheese. Pour the resulting sauce into the zucchini, sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper. Simmer covered for another 3-5 minutes.
  4. That’s all! Serve cheese sauce with zucchini and cooked pasta. Don’t forget to decorate the dish with a sprig of fresh basil.
