Solyanka soup classic


Solyanka soup is considered a traditional Russian dish and is prepared on the basis of a mixture of various smoked meats and sausages. Its main feature is that you can add any meat products left over from past dishes here.
As an option, we suggest preparing a combined meat hodgepodge with capers.

  1. Finely chop the onion, carrot and pickled cucumber and simmer in olive oil with the addition of a tablespoon of tomato paste for about 10 minutes.
  2. Then put stewed vegetables, pre-cut sausage, boiled chicken meat, olives and capers into a saucepan with meat broth.
    Salt and pepper.
  3. Cook until tender over low heat.
  4. Before serving, sprinkle the finished hodgepodge with chopped fresh herbs, add a spoonful of sour cream and a slice of lemon.

9. Capers - 2 tbsp.
10. Tomato paste - 1 tbsp.
11. Fresh greens
12. Sour cream
13. Lemon
