Pizza with pesto


Prepared according to the classic Italian recipe, it turns out unusually tasty and satisfying.

  1. Knead the dough with your hands from flour, warm boiled water, olive oil, salt and dry yeast. Leave the mass for 40-60 minutes. Now prepare the pesto sauce and tomato sauce separately.
  2. For pesto, mix green basil, garlic clove, pine nuts, pre-grated parmesan, olive oil and a pinch of salt in a blender. Blend everything until smooth and set aside.
  3. Homemade tomato sauce will add a rich taste and aroma to pizza. To prepare it, stew in one pan a piece of chopped green basil, chopped fresh tomatoes and olive oil with a pinch of seasoning. Now we combine all the ingredients together.
  4. We roll out the dough with a rolling pin, spread a layer of tomato sauce on it, then lay out in turn sliced ​​tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and pesto sauce in layers. Top the pizza with capers and grated parmesan. Preheat the oven to 200 ºC and send the pizza there for 20 minutes.
  5. Take out the pizza and immediately serve it hot on the table.
